Can I come to pay if I haven’t created an application/registration online?
It is not recommended that you come to pay without an application done as this delays the process of registration. If the WSC office is busy, we may not be able to assist you to create one on the spot.
I am trying to call the camp phone but no one is answering/it is always turned off, what can I do?
Please note that the camp phone (01283449888) is only available for calls from 7-9pm every day. Also, keep in mind that you can contact us through our email, registration@wadisportscamp.com at any time.
If I want to be with my friend in a cabin at camp, can this be done?
We do not accept/consider cabin requests however if you have a "case" that you would like us to consider, drop us an email at registration@wadisportscamp.com with your reasons.
I paid but haven’t received my acceptance letter yet and my registration status is “Payment Received – Pending Review”, what does that mean?
This means that your place at camp is saved until we review your birth certificate and manually confirm it. We have to look at each and every birth certificate uploaded, so this process may take a few days.
Please email us at registration@wadisportscamp.com saying that you want a refund and provide us with the following information:
Your name
The camp you’re registered in
A cellphone number
If I have to arrive at camp late or leave early, is that okay?
No, it is in our Terms & Conditions, which every camper must firstly agree to if they create an application, that they CANNOT miss ANY days during a camp.
